• General Technical Features:

• The aluminum profiles used in the system are of 6063-T6 F25 (7580 Brinell Hardness) quality, ensuring durability and long-lasting connection elements.

  All aluminum profiles used in the system undergo chromating before painting, followed by acid degreasing and electrostatic powder coating.

• The screws and bolts used in the system are made of stainless steel (inox).

• The panels can be adjusted to open at an axial angle to 120 degrees.

• No brush seals are used in our system; instead, EPDM gasket seals are applied.

• To prevent dust, water, and other particles from falling down when the louvers move, a special drainage channel is designed within the louvers by our R&D team.

• The system can be installed flat under normal conditions or inclined upon request. Thanks to the drainage channels on all four sides, water intake is prevented without requiring any inclination.

• Metal accessories are first galvanized and then coated with electrostatic oven paint.

• A T12 timing belt ensures the movement between the motor and the moving mechanism.

• For thermal insulation, polyurethane foam filling can be optionally applied inside the louvers.

• The system comes with a 5-year motor warranty and a 2-year mechanical warranty.

• Each system module consists of vertical and horizontal carrier profiles. The 130x150 mm horizontal main carriers are specially designed as 137x170 mm.

• The silicone used in the connection of the drainage parts must be neutral and polyurethane-based.

• The flange application screws must be M12x10 steel dowels or galvanized tie rods (to ensure floor insulation protection).

• The system is easy to install as there are no 45-degree angle cuts in the drainage connection joints, making insulation straightforward and eliminating the risk of water leakage.

• 16. A 4 cm special LED slot is designed around the entire system, and it is equipped with 12V Samsung silicone-coated LEDs (with insulation), providing a satisfactory and distinctive lighting experience.
