Aluminum:

• Aluminum is a silver-white metallic element known for its hardness, lightweight structure, and high corrosion resistance. Our aluminum constructions are painted with electrostatic powder paint during production. Electrostatic powder coating provides complete coverage even in complex shapes, is UV-resistant, environmentally friendly, and offers a highly durable coating of the highest quality. Our aluminum range includes an integrated water drainage system and an excellent rainwater system for a cleaner design, available in various colors.

Durability:

• This ceiling cover system is optionally available in flat versions and allows water to be discharged towards the edges. The roof cover is loosened on both sides, and the water is evacuated. This application is used where a sloping roofing system cannot be applied. The system is designed to withstand wind forces of up to 8 on the Beaufort scale, i.e., 74 km/h (46 mph).

Galvanized Metal:

• Our galvanized metal applications are used in situations requiring heavy load-bearing capacity and where the number of front columns is reduced to maximize outdoor space. All metal parts are electro-galvanized and painted with electrostatic powder paint to prevent corrosion and ensure a perfect surface. Metal processing occurs in two stages: first, coating the metal with a zinc layer, and second, electro-galvanizing. In the second stage, the entire part is covered with electrostatic powder paint.

Slope Closures:

• Glass roof slope fixed closure options include aluminum composite or glass.

Water Discharge:

• Rain gutters and downpipes are made of aluminum and mounted on the structure to direct and control rainwater. The integrated water discharge system is standard on all aluminum series of the Four Seasons product. The downpipe is mounted on the front pillar and hidden within the building, ensuring a clean design with no visible rainfalls. Note: If the product is used as a winter garden or similar with closed sides, rain gutters and downpipes are essential.

Beams:

• The beamed roof, which prevents rainwater (as well as wind and snow) between support beams and rails, is used for the perfect combination of two separate products. The beam roof is made of aluminum, coated with electrostatic paint, and always used in addition to the Waterblock System (FS1) and Anti-Air System (FS2).
