1. General Features

• The system will be measured, manufactured, and installed by ALUTEMA ALUMINUM in accordance with the specifications.

• The system operates as an electric, movable, and remote-controlled railing system.

2. Glass Features

• 4+12+4 double-sided tempered transparent insulating glass is used as standard.

• Colored glass can be applied optionally upon request.

• The interlocking mechanism between the glass panels provides excellent insulation against dust, heat, sound, and water.

• Vertical brush seals and rubber gaskets at the base and top ensure comfortable insulation against external factors.

3. System Components

• Aluminum frames and casings are used, along with stainless steel pulleys and holders.

• The glass panels are carried by a 6 mm chain and Somfy motor:

  • Motor options include 120 NW, 140 NW, and 190 kg load capacity.

• The motor features an automatic stop function and operates flawlessly based on preset start and stop points.

• The motor is self-receiving and ensures safe operation.

4. Functionality

• The system can be opened and closed remotely, both fully and partially, allowing for adjustable openings as needed.

• This functionality is available for both downward opening and upward closing motions.

• The system allows for staggered opening of the glass panels, enabling practical and easy temperature control inside the space without opening all windows.

• The system is designed to operate quietly and is manufactured with high-quality insulation.

5. Installation Details

• The system is installed with each module moving vertically, using two or three glass panels per module.

• After assembling the aluminum casings and corner connections, the glass guide rails are installed for each glass panel.

• Once the fixed glass is placed, the casing cover is installed.

• The motor assembly is mounted on the aluminum chassis, and the chain is connected to the movable glass panel.

• The system is calibrated using the remote control to ensure safe and precise operation.

• When fully closed, the system integrates seamlessly with the railing, providing a unified appearance.
